The pockets come with a template to clean up the hole and set the screw holes to attach the pocket

Screw the template to the dash, trace the shape, and cut along the line for a perfect fit

There are at least 5 different dealer installed ac panels in dentside ford trucks and some holes are larger and worse than others

The wide brim on these pockets covers up even the most brutal holes

Install hardware is included: Self tapping screws to attach the template and screws to attach the pocket

The pockets also have pressure fit tabs that will hold the pocket tight where there is adequate metal left, as some of the dealer installed jobs are jagged as it gets

These can also be installed in non-AC dashes
